• Refund and Cancellation Policy – AG Cleaning Company

At AG Cleaning Company, we strive to provide top-quality service for all our customers. Our policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful of both your time and our team’s.

1. Residential Cleaning Services

  • Cancellations:
    To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
    Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the total service cost.

  • Refunds:
    No refunds will be provided for services already completed. However, if you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we will gladly re-evaluate the service or offer a touch-up/partial credit if necessary.

2. Commercial Cleaning Services (Recurring or Contract-Based)

  • Cancellations:
    For scheduled recurring services, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
    Contract clients are subject to the terms stated in their individual service agreement.

  • Refunds:
    Payments for services rendered are non-refundable. If there is a concern about the service quality, we encourage you to contact your account manager or email us directly within 24 hours of service completion.

3. Specialized Services (e.g., Strip & Wax, Carpet Shampoo, Deep Cleaning, etc.)

  • Cancellations:
    Due to the preparation and allocation of resources for specialized services, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund.
    Cancellations within 72 hours may incur up to 75% of the service fee.

  • Refunds:
    No refunds are issued once the service has been completed. If you are not satisfied with the result, please contact us within 12 hours of service and we will assess the case to offer a resolution if appropriate.
